About this role
Role Overview
Plan and coordinate the activities of employees
Establish employee schedules and coordinate priorities
Interview, hire and onboard new employees
Provide oversight and management of employees to ensure their duties are accomplished
Conduct meetings as needed with internal and external stakeholders to discuss project activities, schedules, workload
Assist employees where needed to accomplish their duties
Ensure staff have tools, training, and skill needed to complete their assigned duties independently
Ensure compliance of all staff with establish quality plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of six years of recent relevant experience; Eight years is preferred
Exceptional communication skills
Outstanding customer-facing skills and experience
Must have people leadership skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
