About this role

Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Finance, perform fiscal management, accounting, and budgeting activities
Monitor and coordinate monthly and annual financial reporting
Reconcile fund balances and ensure expenditures are compliant with policy
Communicate complex financial information with staff and stakeholders
Manage financial transactions and internal service payments
Oversee gift deposits and ensure compliance

Knowledge of accounting, finance, or related areas
Experience working with complex automated accounting systems and processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, staff, students, and other stakeholders
Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (Preferred)
Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet software (Preferred)
Experience in Workday (Preferred)
Associate’s Degree (Preferred)
