Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Partner with senior leaders and department heads to identify, prioritize, and execute process transformation opportunities.
Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and re-engineering workshops to drive operational excellence.
Develop and implement quality measurement standards and KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Design and analyze customer satisfaction surveys; translate insights into actionable process enhancements.
Serve as a consultative resource to business units, providing guidance on process documentation, standardization, and optimization.
Manage complex, broad-scope projects independently, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
Provide tactical leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
Collaborate with executive leadership to remove barriers to success and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise policies and best practices.
Requirements
Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or High school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement initiatives in complex environments.
Preferred Background: Experience in financial services, particularly in retirement plan services, mutual funds, or broker-dealer operations, is a plus but not required.
Certifications (Preferred): Lean Six Sigma Black Belt PMP or equivalent project management certification
Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, others).
