About this role
Role Overview
- Provide onsite technical service support to customers
- Installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution, and customer training
- Promote service contracts and consumables
- Attend and resolve customer equipment breakdowns
- Install, commission, and maintain Videojet equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance as per defined schedules
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective corrective actions
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide operator-level customer training
- Prepare and update service reports in Oracle
- Generate service leads for sales team related to equipment upgrades or replacements
Requirements
- Diploma or Engineering degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field service or technical service roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication and customer-handling skills
- Familiarity with the local language
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
