As a Consultant Smart Grids in the Expert Services team, you play a central role in the successful implementation of our solutions at network operators: you advise our customers on technical and methodological smart-grid topics, translate requirements into actionable work packages, and ensure that projects and services deliver measurable value.
As a project manager, you accompany projects end-to-end — from the initial analysis through design to implementation and continuous optimization.
You work closely with our Customer Excellence, Project Delivery, Product and Engineering teams, prioritize next steps together with stakeholders, and ensure through structured coordination, clear communication and proactive risk and quality management that our customers efficiently reach their goals and that our platform is sustainably embedded in their processes.

You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
You have knowledge of planning and operation of electrical networks or the integration of electrical systems and apply your understanding of the related energy industry contexts.
You bring professional experience in independent project work with direct customer contact and are enthusiastic about building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Ideally, you have experience in technical consulting, project management, Customer Success Management, Key Account Management or related B2B fields.
You communicate persuasively and on equal terms with various stakeholders and colleagues and foster trust through your interactions.
You have excellent German and English language skills (C2 level) both written and spoken.
