Work closely with editors to shape compelling edits that demonstrate strong editorial nous and platform best practice.
Identify and develop stories from access opportunities, archive material, contributors, and live football moments.
Regularly contribute ideas and creative thinking to the wider team, informed by a deep understanding of the best and latest work across the industry.
Plan and manage shoots alongside our Production Management team, including crewing, logistics, access, and contributors.
Keep all stakeholders – both internally and within the Premier League
informed throughout the production process, proactively communicating progress, challenges, and solutions.
Remain organised and adaptable in a fast-moving production environment.
Create content with a clear understanding of audience behaviour, retention, and platform best practice.
