About this role
Role Overview
You handle incoming support requests and ensure that at least 80% of requests are resolved within 24 hours.
You actively guide customers through the onboarding process so that at least 95% of customers rate their onboarding as "satisfied" or better.
You provide excellent customer care, measured by at least 95% of customers rating support as "satisfied" or better.
You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner so that the average handling time for support requests is at most 2 hours.
Requirements
You have completed commercial or technical vocational training
You demonstrate strong communication skills, high coordination ability, and strong interpersonal skills
You possess analytical thinking and the ability to work independently
Customer orientation and communication skills: You enjoy interacting with people and can explain complex topics clearly
Technical understanding: You can analyze technical issues and work in a solution-oriented way
Structured working style: You approach tasks in an organized manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations
Teamwork: You enjoy working with others and support your team to achieve shared goals.
