You will take responsibility for operational finance, accounting, and controlling matters across several entities
You will support month-end and year-end close processes and become proficient with accounts, booking logic, and financial relationships
You will analyze P&L, balance sheet and key business metrics and derive reliable insights
You will prepare analyses, forecasts and reports at both entity and group level to provide robust decision-making foundations
You will actively contribute to the development of processes, structures and finance workflows and support the optimization of existing procedures
You will work closely with other departments, support tax and accounting-related questions, and participate in projects related to digitization and reporting
Requirements
You have several years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling and a solid understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements and financial relationships
You are comfortable with both operational tasks and analytical challenges and enjoy working with accounts, reports and complex issues
You think in a structured way, question existing processes and work solution-oriented and independently
Ideally you have experience with month-end or year-end closings; qualification as a certified accounting technician (Bilanzbuchhalter) or experience in controlling is a plus but not mandatory
Very good German language skills and confident use of Excel and, ideally, ERP systems (e.g. Business Central) complete your profile
