Technically review and validate results
Present findings in clear, structured reports
Contribute to the standardization and incremental automation of processes
Collaborate with the founding and tech teams
Part of the work is methodical & structured, while another part is analytical and problem-solving.

Degree (graduated 2+ years ago) in civil engineering, architecture, environmental or energy engineering, or a related technical field (e.g., FH)
Experience with sustainability or energy analyses
Understanding of digital building models and data-driven analyses
Interest in process improvement and automation
Familiarity with Swiss norms, standards, and labels
Clean, independent, and reliable working style
German fluent, English fluent
Bonus: experience with simulations
Knowledge of German standards, standards and labels
