Review periodic NAV packages, financial statements, and annual reports prepared by external fund administrators, identifying issues, inconsistencies, and areas requiring follow-up
Drive the development of internal initiatives to automate the review of NAV packages and related control processes while managing stakeholders
Act as a day-to-day contact for external fund administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders for assigned deliverables and reporting matters
Partner with internal stakeholders and external fund administrators to resolve data, reporting, and control-related issues in a timely manner
Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support continuous improvement across the fund control framework

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
5+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting or controlling, with a focus on data analytics, ideally within private markets, asset management, fund administration, or Big4
Strong understanding of NAV review, fund structures, and control processes
Advanced Excel and systems skills, with practical experience in Python required; experience with SQL, VBA, eFront, or similar tools is an advantage
Interest in process automation and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and a structured approach to working with large and complex data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
