Manage multiple development crews and complex Pega delivery initiatives across a major business segment
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Pega engineers and technical leads
Ensure predictable delivery through effective planning, staffing, and dependency management
Partner with product, architecture, risk, and operations stakeholders to align Pega solutions to business goals
Ensure compliance with PNC enterprise risk management, security, and regulatory standards
Own Pega engineering quality, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement across teams
Drive adoption of standard SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices within the Pega platform
Requirements
university / college degree
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
