Role Overview
- Leading initiatives related to the selection, design, development and promotion of new or existing products
- Participating in customer focused quality assessments and improvement processes
- Developing a business case and plan for less complex products
- Managing development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of products
- Collaborating with internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle
- Supporting risk management, compliance, and audit needs
- Monitoring and analyzing business results and recommending modifications
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Knowledgeable of customer needs and satisfaction
- Ability to analyze product, technology, and market trends
- Experience with risk management, compliance, and audit needs
- Collaborating and effective communications
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience
