Role Overview
- Support the promotion and sale of pharmaceutical products to existing and prospective customers
- Build assigned territories by prospecting for new customers
- Execute assigned territory activities and call plans
- Provide responsive customer service and resolve routine inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and AI tools
