Role Overview
- Handle support tickets for Totvs RM and Fluig for users, remotely and/or onsite
- Perform customizations and small developments in RM and Fluig systems
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in IT-related fields
- Proven experience with Totvs RM
- Knowledge of BackOffice and HR areas
- Experience and knowledge of SQL Server databases
- Proactive in daily routines, proposing innovations and process improvements
- Basic Technical English (reading and writing).
