Coach squad members in self‑management and cross‑functionality, reinforcing Agile and Scrum values.
Help the squad focus on creating high‑value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
Influence the removal of impediments that block squad progress.
Ensure all Scrum events occur and are positive, productive, and time‑boxed (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Release Planning, and Roadmapping).
Support the Product Owner in effective Product Goal definition and backlog management techniques.
Facilitate squad understanding of clear and concise Product Backlog Items.
Promote empirical product planning for complex environments.
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration when needed.
Lead, train, and coach the organization in Scrum adoption.
Help team members and stakeholders adopt an empirical approach to complex work.
Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Squads.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira)
Working knowledge of Virtual Collaboration Tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, M365, Miro, Mural, MS Whiteboard, Figma)
Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP, Spotify)
Ability to interpret software delivery team performance metrics
Strong conflict-resolution and negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, automated testing, automated deployments)
