Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Ability to balance multiple projects with high attention to detail.
Experienced in usability testing and site visits, translating research insights into impactful product designs
Experience with design systems and Figma (or equivalent).
Demonstrated end-to-end design experience with a strong portfolio focused on simplifying complex workflows
Used AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype interactive designs, enabling collaborators to better understand complex workflows
Designed enterprise-grade platforms that enable administrators to efficiently manage and scale systems
