Role Overview
Join an amazing team that is consistently recognized for our achievements and culture.
Lead and manage analytics supporting the Sales organization.
Partner with the broader sales analytics team on various analytics efforts.
Develop and deliver analytics solutions and business insights/recommendations.
Work directly with sales leadership and technical product managers.
Oversee the development of complex models and A/B testing.
Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience working in a P&C analytics role; experience working with sales/underwriting preferred
Minimum: 6 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with P&C analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced skills with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
Proven ability in leveraging data insights to improve business results
Proven ability to develop relationships and drive results across various functions
Intellectual and analytical curiosity
Must have the ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes, simultaneously manage multiple projects and a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and coach others.
Ability to build momentum for change and action.
