Define a planning strategy and decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.)
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver IS project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and quality.
Communicate appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support.
Effectively manage stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
Lead large-scale IS Observability initiatives like Future Network Model (FNM) and Future Hosting Model (FHM).
Define project strategy, select delivery methodology (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall), and drive execution across global teams.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment across various departments and service owners.
Monitor and control budgets, spends, invoicing, and forecasting.
Requirements
12-18 years of experience managing complex IS/IT infrastructure, network, or cloud projects
Preferred basic knowledge/awareness of observability concepts and tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, CheckMK, ThousandEyes, OpenText, AIOps/Event Management) and strong knowledge on Project Management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
Proven ability to lead multi-vendor, multi-region delivery in hybrid-agile environments.
Experience in working with global team and stakeholders.
Skilled in project governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred.
