Role Overview
- Provide technical support (hardware and software) to customers, both onsite and remotely
- Install, maintain, and upgrade test hardware and software/test applications
- Solve technical issues and develop solutions tailored to customer needs
- Participate in internal and external training and knowledge-sharing activities
- Analyze Teradyne products and market trends, collect and report competitor information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Experience with ATE systems preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English and Korean preferred
