You advise Hypoport companies on establishing, operating, and continuously improving management systems for information security and business continuity.
You design, conduct, and translate risk analyses into concrete security measures.
You develop security policies, processes, and contingency/emergency plans and oversee their implementation.
You plan, coordinate, and evaluate security and emergency tests and exercises.
You prepare and conduct audits as well as awareness training for information security and BCM.
Requirements
Completed degree or vocational training with professional experience in cyber security, IT, data protection, or information security, or a comparable qualification.
At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the financial sector.
Relevant experience in information security and/or business continuity management.
Certifications in these areas are a plus.
Understanding of network security, encryption technologies, endpoint protection, and security protocols.
Experience in developing and implementing BCM plans.
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements, e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIS2, DORA.
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills, at least at B2 level.
