Overseeing SAP S/4HANA business processes related to supply chain, specifically areas related to Quality Management and Plant Maintenance (QM & PM/EAM)
Conducting requirements gathering/analysis via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff
Developing supporting process flows
Leading analysis initiatives of existing business processes to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Creating and maintaining business requirement documentation which can include use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams
Collaborating with the system implementation team (internal IT and/or external partners)
Developing training materials and conducting training sessions with business users
Communicating effectively with business users on the status of enhancements and projects
Staying current on SAP S/4 HANA innovations and industry best practices

10+ years of quality operations and maintenance experience with a global manufacturing organization
Significant experience in SAP (preferably S/4HANA)
Proven track record of supporting ERP implementations and/or transformations in the supply chain workstream
Bachelor's degree (preferred field of study in: Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration)
SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, QM, PM, MM) preferred
Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma practices
Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry a plus
Experience working with multicultural teams in a global and complex environment
