Serve as the first point of contact for a Swiss premium client in the food industry
Provide professional customer support for a variety of inquiries and issues

Swiss German language skills at a minimum C1 level; English at B1 level is an advantage
Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Computer literacy
Reliable home internet connection — minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)

Permanent employment with a full-time contract (40 working hours per week)
Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net per working day) + transport allowance (60 KM net)
Full-time contract from the first day of training
Paid 4-week training in our Sarajevo office — accommodation, transport and all expenses covered by TP B&H
Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross
Additional pay for work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime
