Role Overview
Lead the evolution of digital credit and payments products in a strategic partnership context.
Identify opportunities to expand the current portfolio and drive the development of new credit capabilities.
Manage the end-to-end user journey at checkout, identifying conversion bottlenecks and prioritizing improvements with direct impact on TPV, activation, and retention.
Continuously monitor product performance (funnels, cohorts, delinquency) and turn data into roadmap decisions.
Operate in a high-complexity environment, coordinating internal credit, risk, technology, and operations teams, as well as interfaces with external partners.
Structure alignments with multiple stakeholders, ensuring roadmap visibility, mapped dependencies, and documented decisions.
Act as the product point of contact in interfaces with risk, compliance, legal, and technology teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager in fintechs or digital payments companies.
Proven track record of launching and evolving credit products.
Ability to operate in high-complexity environments with multiple teams and stakeholders involved (technical, business, and external partners).
Experience with checkout products or payment journeys in digital retail.
Strong experience in data analysis and processing to generate actionable insights that guide the roadmap and strategic business decisions.
