Role Overview
- Own day-to-day delivery of the Marketing Data Layer build
- Drive sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
- Manage cross-team dependencies
- Track delivery against milestones
- Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies
- Deliver clear, regular status communication
- Champion a culture of ownership, proactivity, and continuous improvement
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Build trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders
- Manage contractor onboarding and vendor coordination
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management
- 3+ years managing data engineering teams
- Proven track record of delivering data platform builds end-to-end
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High sense of urgency and proactivity
- Skilled in managing competing priorities
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Ability to travel to client sites when needed
