Role Overview
- Lead the planning and execution of testing activities across multiple projects
- Define testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices
- Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance and support
- Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools
- Analyze test results and provide insights to improve software quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new testing technologies and approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4-6 years of extensive experience in software testing with expertise in manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in BDD testing frameworks and experience writing test scenarios using Gherkin syntax, along with tools like Visual Studio Languages like C#
- Experience automated testing for API and UI tests (Playwright)
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing
- Strong understanding of service-oriented software development in a .NET and cloud-based technology stack
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Azure DevOps/Atlassian
- Analysis of bugs and reporting issues.
