Act as the bridge between business and IT to design and implement system solutions
Analyze complex needs, document requirements, support project rollouts, and provide advanced training/support
Serve as the strategic liaison between business units and IT departments to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions
Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements for high-impact systems
Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems
Act as a trusted advisor and mentor to drive operational efficiency
Evaluate existing business processes and system workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems)
Three (3) years of directly related experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT project environments
Proven ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous data from multiple sources into clear, structured requirements
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
Familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL queries, data mapping tools, or reporting dashboards)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of successfully managing expectations
Proficiency with business analysis and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Clickup, Figma, or equivalent)
