Role Overview
Lead the charge in HubSpot, building and optimising email campaigns and automated workflows that keep our audience engaged and connected.
Create and manage high-performing PPC campaigns that generate leads, boost sales, and grow our digital presence.
Own and optimise our digital marketing budget, producing clear, actionable reports on spend and performance each month.
Bring your creativity to life through engaging content creation, working with our Content Writer to craft messages that inform, inspire, and convert.
Use data to tell a story
analyse campaign results, measure ROI, and share insights that shape future strategy.
Play an active role in promoting our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives through digital storytelling and campaigns that make a difference.
Collaborate with our talented Design Studio, providing clear briefs and managing timelines to deliver standout visuals.
Keep our marketing activities GDPR-compliant and customer-focused.
Stay ahead of the curve
research trends, audiences, and digital innovations, including AI-driven tools, to keep Henry Schein at the forefront of marketing excellence.
Present your insights confidently, turning complex data into meaningful, actionable stories for managers and directors.
Contribute to our wider team success by working toward KPIs and growth targets, helping us continuously raise the bar.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing , ideally within a B2B or e-commerce environment.
Hands-on experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) to build and manage campaigns.
Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, and paid social strategies, with a track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
Experience managing Google Ads , Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
A good understanding of analytics and reporting , using data to measure success and inform next steps.
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
Awareness of GDPR best practices and commitment to compliant marketing activity.
A curious mindset and willingness to explore emerging technologies such as AI and automation to improve marketing performance.
Strong organisational skills
able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease.
