Role Overview
- Develop and execute EMEA OEM and aftermarket account strategies
- Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key OEM and aftermarket customers
- Drive performance to KPIs including revenue, margin, volume, customer satisfaction, and service metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, aviation or other related discipline
- 5 or more years of demonstrated successful experience in a customer-facing or account management role
- 3 or more years of experience in global account management or aftermarket/aviation customer engagement
- Fluency in French and English
- Operational Italian would be appreciated
