Define initial product versions designed to validate assumptions quickly
Create and simplify product architecture, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes
Support the delivery team in decision-making throughout development
Embed growth dynamics structurally into the product
Communicate with development teams to align design and implementation.

3+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications
Prior experience in fintech, payments, blockchain, or data-heavy products
you need to understand the domain to design for it effectively
Ability to independently work and understand business and domain context, without requiring extensive onboarding support
Strong understanding of UX design principles
Proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping with reusable components
Understanding of HTML & CSS limitations is a plus.
