- Negotiate privacy/data protection contract terms
- Help build a Contracting Center of Excellence (COE)
- Hands-on contract negotiation and redlining
- Design and build a COE standardizing privacy language
- Support legal research on global privacy requirements
- Conduct legal research and prepare internal guidance
Requirements
- Experience in high-value contract negotiations
- Supplier contracting experience
- Enterprise application contract negotiations
- Collaborative skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong ethical behavior and ability to remain impartial
- Experience in MedTech/Pharmaceuticals sectors a plus
- CIPP: US, E, M preferred, but not required.
