Manage independently the portfolio of SMEs and corporate groups assigned to you
Carry out annual corporate secretarial duties (approval of annual accounts)
Handle all exceptional corporate transactions, such as company incorporations, various amendments, capital transactions, dissolution and liquidation, and universal transfer of assets (TUP)
Draft all types of leases and common commercial agreements
Address legal issues and provide advice on corporate law, business law and tax matters
Conduct all necessary legal research to complete assignments
Lead legal and tax structuring projects, restructurings and business transfers
Requirements
Degree-level education (Master's or DESS) in Corporate Law / Business Law
Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate law / business law is required
Able to work autonomously on routine and exceptional transactions
Capable of undertaking legal and tax structuring assignments, restructurings and business transfers
Ability to explain legal concepts clearly; excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Comfortable in client-facing interactions
Enjoys teamwork and demonstrates a collaborative, supportive approach
Proficient with office software and comfortable with digital tools in general
