Role Overview
- Review and validate OCR-scanned incoming invoices in SAP S/4HANA
- Correct data mismatches and perform account assignment and posting of accounts payable transactions
- Operational reduction of the existing invoice backlog and coordination with business units for clarification cases
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts payable and strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge
- Hands-on experience with OCR-based invoice processing and high proficiency in high-volume transaction processing
- Fluent German (working language) and immediate availability without extended onboarding
