About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure internal tech works effectively and assist employees with technical issues
- Setup accounts, devices, access rights for new employees
- Administer and maintain core IT systems
- Document IT processes and manage asset inventory
- Support customer-facing technical work as the role progresses
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical operations, workplace IT, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud-based tools
- Familiarity with tools such as Jamf, Google Workspace or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience with Jira, scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell, and AI tools is a plus
