Strategy and Planning Manager

Role Overview

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and planning cycle for Buying Programs and Services Sales across Canada
• Develop and maintain comprehensive planning frameworks
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed operational plans
• Own the forecasting process for the Canada theater
• Develop and manage goaling frameworks
• Design and maintain deal tracking mechanisms
• Define, document, and enforce the operational processes
• Act as the primary liaison between the Canada sales organization and central operations
• Support the preparation of business reviews and executive presentations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales strategy, business planning, sales operations, or business development role
• Strong track record supporting or partnering with senior sales leadership
• Familiarity with buying programs and services sales
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and quota/goaling processes
• Comfortable working with large data sets and translating quantitative analysis into actionable business insights
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or comparable CRM platforms
• A self-described stickler for process
• Exceptionally detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative by nature
