About this role
Role Overview
Develop new accounts in the collective catering and socio-medical markets (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing).
Build and manage your sales pipeline independently, with targets for acquisition and growth.
Activate and maintain your network of prescribers and decision-makers in the Île-de-France region (events, industry clubs, key sector stakeholders).
Conduct complex sales cycles (software/SaaS, multiple stakeholders, requests for proposal).
Deliver product demonstrations independently and ensure rigorous follow-up via the CRM.
Report market feedback and contribute to commercial strategy and product positioning (roadmap, offers, sales messaging).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business or Management.
Minimum 5 years of B2B business development experience, ideally in software/SaaS or services for public-sector organizations.
Fully autonomous in managing the sales cycle: prospecting → closing (long or complex sales cycles).
Strong proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of the collective catering and/or socio-medical sectors is a plus.
