Provide professional massage therapy services, including relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, and wellness treatments in accordance with company standards.
Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable massage techniques and wellness services.
Ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa areas in compliance with KSA regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and professionalism.
Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and appointment schedules.
Collaborate with spa and management teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
Ensure all massage equipment, oils, linens, and tools are properly maintained and organized.

Valid Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably within the Saudi market.
Certified qualification in Massage Therapy, Wellness Therapy, or a related field.
Strong understanding of professional massage techniques and customer care standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.
Applicants must provide professional certifications and/or a portfolio showcasing previous experience.
Experience working with spas, wellness centers, hotels, or luxury salons in KSA is highly preferred.
