Role Overview
- Ensure operation and maintain the operational condition of middleware platforms
- Manage incidents, problems and service requests
- Participate in application production deployments
- Contribute to technical enhancements and infrastructure upgrades
- Implement automations using DevOps tools (CI/CD)
- Perform audits, tuning and performance optimization tasks
- Contribute to the industrialization and the middleware service catalog
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years' experience in systems/middleware operations
- Strong skills in: analysis of technical requirements, integration and configuration of environments, and management of production incidents
- Ability to work on critical environments (Production / out-of-hours/on-call support)
- Good professional proficiency in English
