Responsible for auditing the bank’s technology and security controls
Participate in preparing and performing audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, including cyber and information security aspects
Perform audits as the lead auditor within the banking group: identify weaknesses in IT processes, test key controls and carry out fieldwork in accordance with internal methodology
Advise line management as a trusted partner and critical advisor, based on audit findings, until weaknesses are remediated and replaced by efficient, more robust processes that meet standards
Document findings in high-quality audit reports submitted to the Head of Internal Audit for review
Support the Head of Internal IT Audit in managing the annual audit plan
Monitor developments in data protection, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or Engineering
CISA certification required; CSSP or CISSP is an advantage
Professional experience in banking in areas such as IT audit, IT risk management, information security or cyber risk
Experience in project management with strong interpersonal skills
Analytical, self-motivated and well organized; team player with negotiation skills and a persuasive presence
Willingness to travel occasionally
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce complex reports
Interest in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in IT and MS Office, particularly Excel
Fluency in German and English
