Role Overview
- Independently plan, manage, and execute social and creator marketing campaigns
- Serve as the primary contact for clients during active projects
- Coordinate creators, partners, and internal teams
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets and monitor their execution
- Ensure quality of content and campaign delivery
- Analyze and report campaign results, including recommending optimizations
- Improve existing processes and workflows
- Support strategic campaign concept development
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally in social media or influencer marketing
- Comfortable handling multiple parallel projects and shifting priorities
- Confident budget management and responsibility for budget adherence
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Initial experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Monday)
- Very good German and good English skills
