About this role
Role Overview
Act as the customer's point of contact via email, phone, or chat
Serve as the internal focal point for resolving customer-related challenges
Triage incoming tickets and carefully assess requests, determining whether to escalate to other teams and classifying urgency
Manage internal communication to minimize response time to the customer
Assist with operational procedures related to tool implementation for clients
Build relationships with customers through support, aiming to increase loyalty
Propose improvements to internal workflows and recommend actions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty based on support experience
Drive the evolution of support processes by leveraging AI
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience
Degree in Business Administration, Architecture and Urbanism, Interior Design, or Engineering
Willingness to support and assist our customers in resolving problems
Planning and organizational skills
Strong analytical, facilitation, and mediation skills
Ability to work well in a team, with flexibility to adapt to change
Curiosity and openness to learn and use AI solutions in daily work
