Conduct consultative sales with inbound leads (clients who have already shown interest in the platform), deeply understanding each business's needs and guiding the process through to closing;
Manage and track leads within the sales funnel, understanding their needs and monitoring performance;
Perform product demonstrations and follow up on proposals;
Support the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from prospective customers and seeking ways to increase conversion;
Respond to prospective customers via our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and conduct follow-ups to convert them;
Collaborate with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Investigative, curious profile with a strong problem-solving mindset;
Empathy to understand and guide customers;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Experience in sales;
Ability to work well in a team and be flexible with changing responsibilities;
Experience with SaaS (a plus);
Experience working in the construction industry (preferred).
