About this role
Role Overview
Conduct consultative sales with inbound leads (customers who have already shown interest in the platform), thoroughly understanding each business's needs and guiding the process through to closing
Manage and monitor leads within the sales funnel, understanding needs and tracking performance
Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on proposals
Support the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from prospective customers and identifying ways to increase conversion
Engage prospective customers through our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Investigative and curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Empathy to understand and guide customers
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in sales
Ability to work well in a team and be flexible with changing responsibilities
Experience with SaaS (a plus)
Experience working in the construction industry (preferred)
