Knowledge transfer: You document best practices and maintain our knowledge base to sustainably secure service quality.

Requirements
Relevant experience: You have a background in customer support, account management, or a consultancy-intensive service.
Confident presence: You are a strong communicator, have an excellent command of German, and convey calm and competence even in complex situations.
