Respond to story mentions and content tags, repost to stories, and actively engage in comments under our own content — maintaining a consistent, human and on-brand voice.
Build a genuine sense of community around the Neko Health brand, turning followers into advocates.
Work closely with the content team to develop and deliver social-first content that ladders up to our broader marketing and communications objectives.
Own the coordination process: manage timelines, ensure content goes through the right review stages, and make sure everything is uploaded correctly and on schedule.
Develop and own reporting on content performance and community engagement, making it easy for the wider team to understand what is and isn't working.
Serve as the team's go-to for a pulse check on brand reputation across social channels, and stay on top of the latest formats, campaigns and activity from competitors and reference brands.
Requirements
Fully fluent across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X — you understand how each platform works, what performs well and why.
Highly detail-oriented, with genuine taste and editorial discernment. You know what good looks like and you hold yourself to that standard.
Comfortable with metrics: you can pull the numbers, interpret what they mean and communicate conclusions clearly to non-specialists.
A natural collaborator who can work effectively across creative, marketing and communications teams.
Organised and reliable — you are reliable and take true ownership of your workload.
Prior experience managing brand social accounts, ideally with exposure to growing a small audience into a large, international one.
Background in health, wellness, technology or consumer lifestyle brands is a plus, though not essential.
