Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Proven software engineering leadership experience
- Deep expertise in software engineering strategy and operating models
- Hands-on expertise in AI-augmented software development
- Advanced knowledge of AI application development
- Strong written and verbal proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Subject matter expertise in the global and competitive landscape
