Lead and coordinate enterprise Release Management activities across multiple technology teams, portfolios, and initiatives
Establish and align structured Release Management processes with ITIL best practices
Facilitate release readiness reviews, risk and dependency assessments, and Go/No-Go decision processes
Maintain enterprise release calendars, deployment schedules, and maintenance windows
Ensure alignment with Change Management governance and ITIL operational disciplines
Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and Operations teams to coordinate release planning and implementation
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential deployment conflicts across initiatives and value streams
Provide clear communication and reporting on release readiness, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

6+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or IT Operations coordination
Strong understanding of ITIL Change and Release Management practices
Experience operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
Experience coordinating enterprise-level releases across multiple teams or platforms
Experience using ServiceNow ITSM for Change and Release Management
Experience using Jira and Confluence for tracking delivery and documentation
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to mediate competing priorities
Demonstrate growth mindset and desire to continuously learn
Ability to coordinate complex initiatives across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
