You will work on everything related to Marketplace order delivery, from the click to the customer's door.
Fulfillment covers every step after the order: product storage, picking and packing, shipping, and returns management.
Identify and contact eligible sellers who could benefit from the Fulfillment service.
Lead onboarding of new sellers: contracts, catalog configuration, operational setup, and training.
Monitor sellers' adoption and performance (inbound stock rate, order activity, customer satisfaction).
Keep CRM data up to date on seller status, the onboarding pipeline, and activity levels.

2 years' experience in account management or business development.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain complex logistics topics in simple terms.
Comfortable with digital tools and data (Excel, dashboards, Mirakl or CRM tools).
Highly organized, able to manage multiple sellers and projects in parallel.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or fulfillment is a plus.
Knowledge of Mirakl or similar marketplace platforms.
Familiarity with supply chain or warehouse processes.
Spanish or Polish is a plus.
