Role Overview

• Own our digital marketing presence across all channels.
• Build and scale content that drives traffic, leads and brand awareness.
• Plan, produce and manage content across the website, social media, and video.
• Run and grow our YouTube channel — from scripting to publishing.
• Build and optimize landing pages that convert.
• Maintain and improve our website (copy, structure, SEO).
• Track performance and iterate based on data.

Requirements

• Native-level German.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing — content, SEO, video, or web.
• A good eye for design and strong writing instincts.
• Structured, creative, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
