Role Overview
- Lead all sales and upselling initiatives focusing on Managed Services
- Guide clients through service offerings

- Partner closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Technical course or a relevant university degree
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B Sales; ideally within the IT, software, or digitalization sectors
- A proactive, sales-driven mindset
- Flexibility to juggle multiple projects across different functions, teams, and industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (C2) and highly proficient in German (B2 or higher)
