About this role
Role Overview
Lead all sales and upselling initiatives focusing on Managed Services
Guide clients through service offerings
Transform support interactions and client feedback into actionable sales opportunities
Partner closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
Technical course or a relevant university degree
At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B Sales; ideally within the IT, software, or digitalization sectors
A proactive, sales-driven mindset
Flexibility to juggle multiple projects across different functions, teams, and industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English (C2) and highly proficient in German (B2 or higher)
