You assist with coordinating our in-house talents
You help identify new collaboration partners, create proposals and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills by supporting contract negotiations and pricing discussions with providers and service partners
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to implement them
You act as the interface between talents and our partners, schedule engagements and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
Ideally some experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Fluent German and written and spoken English
High creativity and motivation
